Sometimes you just get lucky. I happened upon this amazing Peruvian restaurant in Santa Barbara, called Zeno Manue . I ordered the Jalea. It was the most delicious fish, scallops, shrimp, and mussels, breaded and fried to a golden brown, and covered with red onion and lemon juice (or maybe it was lime juice). The fish was hot, moist, and tender. Yum!
The entrees range from $12 to $22, but the portions are ample.
